I recently finished trying out the BEEF, Elements of A1 recipe at home.
Turned out to be a four-day project for me. Pretty intensive mise en place to prep. And it's a two-person job to get it out of the kitchen in any semblance of a warm/hot state.
Very yummy though. And when you mix the garnishes and sauces just right, it does taste like A-1 Sauce!!
