Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Alinea! We had the tasting menu plus pairings when we were in Chicago a couple of weeks ago. It ended up being a wonderful 19 courses and the best restaurant meal we've ever had! We were fortunate to have the unexpected treat of Chef Achatz preparing the table side dessert for us. Really the staff as a whole, from servers to sommelier, were themselves one of the best parts of the experience and helped made it the most fun meal we could have hoped for! Can't wait to go back someday!
