For those who haven't heard, Mugaritz suffered a horrific kitchen fire that has closed the restaurant and left a few of their stages without knives.

I'm sure that many of us forum members have staged at some point and all of us should realize that great restaurants like Mugaritz (and Alinea) run on the hard (and free) work of stages. For anyone who can spare a few bucks, I'd encourage you to help out some fellow cooks and donate a bit to the Mugaritz Stagiere's Knives Fund:
